摘要
随着国家对职业教育提出了更高的要求,文化课更注重基础性,应用性,发展性,但是学生专业英语知识的缺乏,往往制约了他们在职场中的发挥。该论文主要是阐述当前烹饪专业英语教学存在的问题,以及如何开展烹饪专业英语教学,重点讨论改变学习观念以及教学内容与教学方法的改革,以提高教学的有效性,满足烹饪专业学生的就业要求,为学生可持续发展打好基础。
As the society put forward further requests about the education in vocational school, academic lessons put more empha-sis on foundation, application and development. However, the lack of the knowledge in cooking English influences their perfor-mance in their career. This thesis mainly expounds the existing problem in the cooking English teaching and how to teach Eng-lish in cooking department. The thesis discusses about changing studying concept and reforming the content and methods of teaching so as to improve teaching efficiency, which can meet the job needs of the vocational students in cooking department and lay foundation for the students’constant development.
