《弗兰肯斯坦》主题意蕴具有多义性。如小说表现了人和自然创作物之间矛盾冲突的悲剧,揭示了失控的科技发展将给人类社会带来灾难与毁灭,反映了对他者和边缘视角如何介入主流社会的关注。该文试对该作品的这些思想意蕴略加管窥。
On the polysemy of Frankenstein's themes, this thesis tries to explain it slightly from three aspects. First, the novel shows the tragedy between the mankind and the natural creation. Second, it reveals the runaway technological development will bring human society's disaster and destruction. Last, it reflects the others and those who live on the margins of society how to cause the attention of mainstream society.
