Analysis on the Dialogues ofPride and Prejudiceon the Perspective of Stylistics

文体学是一门综合性的边缘学科,其涉及了诸如语言学,文学,以及心理学等学科的内容。运用文体学的方法分析文本对文学赏析和文学批评来说是一种重要的方法。该文在文体学视角下,从词汇层面和句法层面对简·奥斯汀《傲慢与偏见》中的对话进行分析,分析其如何体现出幽默以及讽刺的文体效果。

Stylistics is a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject which involves linguistics, literature, and psychology etc.. Employing stylistic approaches to do analysis is an important practice in literary appreciation and criticism. Under the perspective of stylistics, this paper analyzes dialogues of Austen's Pride and Prejudice at lexical level and syntactic level to show how the tone of humor and irony is reflected in the novel.
