摘要
语篇分析是语言学的一个新的分支学科。语篇作为翻译单位确立以来,对翻译研究和实践都起到了现实的指导作用。衔接是语篇分析的核心。衔接手段可分为语法手段和词汇手段。该文以明代冯梦龙编纂的《喻世明言》中的名篇《沈晓霞相会出师表》为例,试从语篇衔接的角度入手,讨论杨宪益戴乃迭的英译本是如何应用衔接手段实现语篇的对等翻译。
Discourse analysis is a new branch of linguistics. Since the establishment of discourse as a translation unit, it has been served as a practical guidance for translation studies and practice. Cohesion is the core of discourse analysis,which is realized by both grammatical and lexical means. This article is to focus on the masterpiece A Just Man Avenged selected from Stories Old and New edited by Feng Menglong of Ming Dynasty, carrying on the main analysis about English version by Yang Xianyi in terms of the of cohesion and coherence to see how Yang version is qualified to be an equivalent translation.
