音乐既能创造愉快的氛围,又能提高学习者的兴趣,增强学习者的自信心。学唱英语歌曲能帮助学习者纠正发音,学习外国文化以及提高学生对于所学内容的记忆力。该文首先陈述了英语流行歌曲的特征,其次分析了歌曲教学法的功能。

Music can not only create a pleasant atmosphere, but also help improve the learner's interest and enhance the confidence of learners. English popular songs play an important role in helping with correcting the pronunciation, learning foreign culture and increasing students' memory of English. This paper firstly describes the characteristic of English popular songs at class. Secondly, it analyzes the functions of English-song-aid approach.
