Learners' beliefs about language learning constitute one of the important inquiries in research on individual differenc?es. This study aims to undertake an intensive investigation into the language learning beliefs of college beginners in a Chinese higher vocational college. The findings of this investigation can provide some implications for college English teaching and learn?ing.
