摘要
教师课堂听课作为自我检测教学的方法经常用于教师培训。教师从选择主题、听课、分析、咨询及撰写任务报告这一过程中,从不同的角度对自己的教学进行反思,并能从中学习很多优异的教学方法及经验。通过观察别人的教学,自我检测并重新构建自己的教学模式,从而提高自己的教学水平。
Teacher observation, which is self-exploration, is often practiced in teacher-training. Teachers can gain self-knowledge and self-insight of her own classroom behaviors from a fresh angle based on the process of topic choosing, data collecting,consultation and task report(interpretation of data and reflection on data), and also obtain many good teaching skills and experience. Through the observations of other teachers, they will be improved by assessing and reconstructing their own teaching.
