女性话语的构建——《到灯塔去》的女性主义叙事学解读

The Construction of Female Discourse Authority——An Analysis of To the Lighthouse from the Perspective of Feminist Narratology

弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫是英国二十世纪著名的现代主义小说家、文学评论家、女性主义文学批评的理论先驱。其小说代表作之一《到灯塔去》引起了国内外学者的关注。大部分学者都从意识流写作技巧和象征手法方面研究这部小说,因此文章将从女性主义叙事学角度来分析这部小说,通过分析小说怎样通过叙事策略来体现女性话语权威从而帮助读者更好地理解这部小说的内涵以及伍尔夫的女性主义思想。

Virginia Woolf is the distinguished English modernism novelist, literary critic in the 20th century and the forerunner of the feminist literary theory. One of her novel masterpieces To the Lighthouse has aroused the great attention of the scholars in domestic and abroad. Most of the scholars have studied this novel from the writing technique of stream of consciousness and from the symbolism. The paper will analyze the novel from the perspective of feminist narratology. By analyzing how the novel con-structs the female discourse authority by the use of narrative strategies, this paper can help the reader understand the sense of the novel and Woolf’s feminist thought.
