生态文学批评是一种旨在确定文学、自然、文化之间的关系的文学评述理论。该文以惠特曼的《草叶集》为例,通过生态批评的视角,解读惠特曼的诗歌中包含着的生态学思想,启发人类重新审视自己在大自然的位置,保护自然环境,与万物构共筑一个富有生气的生态系统。

The ecological literary criticism is a kind of literary criticism theory which aims to specify the relations of literature, nature and culture. This paper takes Whitman's Leaves of Grass as an example, from the perspective of ecological criticism, interpreting ecological ideas conveyed by Whitman's poems so as to inspire us to look at our position in the nature, protect the natural environment, and finally construct a vibrant ecosystem with everything.
