美国饮食文化是美国文化的重要组成部分,美国饮食讲究精细,追求快捷方便,也不奢华,比较大众化,一日三餐都比较随便。随着美国文化输出的发展,美国饮食文化输入中国,并对中国饮食文化产生了一定的影响和挑战。面对美国饮食文化的冲击,中国饮食文化载体—餐饮业,必须采取应对措施增强自己的竞争力,从而将中国传统饮食文化发扬光大。
American dietary culture is the significant backbone of American culture. The typical American dietary culture does not devote particular care to refinement, but pursue quickness and convenience. It also does not take a fancy to luxurious type, and is generally population, meanwhile, Americans place a premium on the quality of food but not quantity. With the development of American culture exportation, American dietary culture is spreading into China, and has great influences and challenges on Chinese dietary culture. Faced with the cultural challenge from American dietary culture, China should strengthen the competitive power of its dietary culture by flourishing Chinese catering industry-the carrier of dietary culture, so that make steady gains in the prosperity of Chinese dietary culture.
