摘要
原型理论是认知语言学的主要内容之一,符合人类的认知规律。通过对原型理论进行阐述,该文认为原型理论在大学英语词汇习得中一方面可以指导教师词汇教学,另一方面可以有效地帮助学生领会和记忆大学英语词汇,提高词汇习得的效率。
Prototype theory is one of the primary contents of Cognitive Linguistics, which accords with the cognitive rule of human beings. Through looking into prototype theory, this paper puts forward that in the acquisition of college English vocabulary, on the one hand, prototype theory can guide teachers' vocabulary teaching, and on the other hand, it can effectively help college students understand and memorize college English vocabulary in order to improve the efficiency of the acquisition of college English vocabulary.
