摘要
英语语法规则零碎、应用灵活,因此,无论对老师还是学生,大学英语语法课都是一门挑战性课程。其"专业必修"的课型规定了它在大学英语专业课中的重要地位;"大纲"对语法要求的"熟练使用",规定了大学英语语法重在"应用"教学目标。针对大学生有一定的英语语法基础的特点,高校英语教师应选择"挑战性"语法项目,在形式、意义和用法三方面进行归纳性教授。不仅讲规则,更重要的是讲规则背后的原因,引导学生在理解的基础上灵活应用所学语法知识。论文从统觉论的角度,阐明高校英语专业语法课堂的教学思路,与同仁共勉。
English grammar is a challenging course not only for students but for English teachers for its dynamic use and its piece-meal rules. It is also a compulsory course for English major in college. both Its type of course and the requirements in Syllabus for English Majors (First and Second Years) show its importance and its ability-focus teaching objectives-students in college are re-quired to use grammar structures accurately, meaningfully, and appropriately. Therefore, English teacher have to choose the chal-lenging aspects to teach. To help make the acquisition of the language less rote and mechanical, reason explanation is necessary. This article talks about the apperception theory and its implications in grammar teaching, so as to learn from each other among colleagues.
