On the Application of PBL in English Lexicology Teaching

该文阐述了我国英语词汇学教学中存在的问题,剖析了项目学习法较传统学习模式的优势,通过一项基于兴义民族师范学院2010级的英语专业学生的词汇学项目学习的研究,解读了项目学习在英语词汇学教学中的具体操作模式,论证了这种新型学习模式应用于英语词汇学教学的可行性。

After expounding the problems existing in the English lexicology teaching in China, and analyzing the advantages of project-based learning (shorted as PBL) compared to the more traditional learning methods, this paper explains the detailed opera-tion modes of PBL in English lexicology teaching which is based on a study on PBL conducted in the English major students of Grade 2010 in Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities, and discusses the availability of the application of PBL to the English lexicology teaching.
