摘要
作为经验功能中一个重要的语义系统,及物性系统将经验世界视解为一套可操作的过程类型。在古诗英译中,及物性过程在原诗经验功能的再现中扮演着重要角色。该文选取《琵琶行》及其三种英译本为对象,从及物性的角度对其进行对比分析,通过统计各种过程的数量及所占百分比,探讨其在经验功能传递上的不同表现与特点,拓宽诗歌英译研究的视野。
As a core of experiential function, transitivity process plays a significant role in reproducing the experiential meaning in rendering ancient Chinese poems into English. This paper analyzes transitivity process in Pipaxing and its three English versions, and explores their effects in reproducing the experiential function of the original poem, thus attempting to broaden the research view of poetry translation.
