摘要
该研究利用学习策略问卷及抽样访谈对来自新疆轻工职业技术学院五个专业116名被调查学生学习策略的使用情况进行定量及定性分析,运用SPSS17.0软件包对所得数据进行处理和分析,旨在研究以下问题:1、新疆高职院校非英语专业学生使用学习策略的总体情况如何?2、成功的语言学习者和不成功的语言学习者之间在学习策略的使用上有何差异?调查结果显示:高职院校非英语专业学生语言学习策略使用频率不高,属于中等水平,他们最常用的是认知策略,最不常用的是情感策略;成功的语言学习者与不成功的语言学习者相比策略使用更广泛和频繁。
116 participants from five different departments at Xinjiang Institute of Light Industry and Technology are involved in this investigation. By analyzing the data collected from questionnaire on English Learning Strategies and interviews by means of SPSS17.0, the following questions are focused:1、What is the general situation of LLSs use by non-English majors at higher voca-tional colleges in Xinjiang? 2、What are the differences of LLSs use between proficient and less proficient learners in this study? The final results indicate:the frequency of overall strategy use of non-English majors at higher vocational colleges is not high, the most frequently employed are cognitive strategies, while the least employed are affective strategies; proficient learners use wider range of LLSs at higher frequency than less proficient learners.
