主位推进模式在语篇教学中的应用

该文运用韩礼德的主位和述位理论分析精读课文《上大学》中的主位推进模式,结果发现该语篇中大量地使用了平行型和延续型主位推进模式。研究表明这两种推进模式是与文体以及作者的交际目的密切相关。分析主位推进模式有利于把握作者的行文思路,以及作者是怎样通过策略性地转换主位从而实现自己的写作目的。

This paper analyses the thematic progression model in the text of《Going to College》within Halliday’s systemic-func-tional theory of Theme-Rheme. It is found that the parallel and successive models of thematic progression are predominantly used in the text. And both are closely connected with the style and the communicative purpose of the text. The analysis of the-matic progression helps us understand the unfolding and development of the text and how it is strategically employed by the au-thor to realize its communicative purpose.
