国家外语能力框架下的军队外语能力研究探索

Study on the Foreign Language Capacity of Military Forces

国家外语能力与国家安全与利益息息相关。军队外语能力是国家外语能力的重要组成部分。我国与美国等西方主要国家在国家外语能力和军队外语能力研究现状的对比给我国军队国际化发展以重要启发和借鉴。我国军队在国际舞台的影响力日益增强,军队职能和使命也相应不断扩展与延伸;但是,我国军队外语能力现状与国际化形势存在出很大落差。该文在国家外语能力框架下探索军队外语能力的发展。

National foreign language capacity has an inseparable connection with national security and interest. Foreign language capacity of military forces is a significant part of national foreign language capacity. Studies and achievements made by major west-ern countries represented by the U.S. have offered us valuable reference and views. This paper analyses the great gap between the U.S. and China, which calls for deeper and more extensive study especially when China and its military forces are playing a brand new international role. This paper means to present explorative thought for improving the foreign language capacity of China ’s military forces.
