该文从女性主义者西蒙·波伏娃在其著作《第二性》中关于他者的理论和后殖民女性主义的角度出发,解读约瑟夫·康拉德《黑暗的心》中五位主要女性的他者形象,发现小说中女性被边缘化并且沦为他者是内外条件共同起作用的结果。
From the aspect of theories about otherness in The Second Sex,which is written by Simon Beauvoir and post colonial feminism,this thesis tries to explain the otherness image of five women in Joseph Conrad ’s Heart of Darkness and finds that that women are marginalized and reduced to the otherness is the result of inner and outside conditions.
