Brief Analysis on College English Teaching Reform under Applying Talents Training Mode

当前大学英语教学在定位、教学模式、考核评价等方面存在一系列的不足,导致大学毕业生缺乏英语实际应用能力,无法满足社会经济发展和就业市场对应用型人才的需求。大学英语教学改革要以社会需求为引领,重新定位大学英语,深化教学改革与探索,构建互动应用型教学模式,培养具有跨文化交际能力的应用型人才,推进大学英语可持续发展。

Due to defects caused by misconceptions in position of college English education, teaching model and assessment meth-od, English graduates tend to be lack of the ability of using English, which cater to social economic development as well as de-mand for applying talents from society. Targeting the social needs, college English teaching reform should reposition the college English teaching goal, equip college students with cross-cultural communicative competence, facilitate the sustainable develop-ment of college English.
