摘要
国家教育改革与发展强调职业技术教育的人才培养模式是形成以职业能力形成为导向的课程体系,培养具备职业能力的人才。而中职英语教学现状是教学和实际工作需要脱节。学生在学校学习的英语,到了工作单位根本用不上。企业不得不花费大量的人力物力进行再次培训。针对这个问题,职业学校积极开展情景英语教学改革,按照情景英语教学法的特点,创设情境,引导学生在模拟或真实的场景中学习英语。但是,并没有达到预期的目标。英语情景教学改革的目标是让各专业的学生能够掌握符合专业要求的职业英语能力。笔者从学生和教师两个方面分析原因,发现最主要而且最需要解决的问题是:在情景英语教学中,教师如何将职业意识贯穿于整个教学过程中。
According to the reform and development of the National Education, the vocational school students are aimed to be professional skills-oriented. As a result, many vocational English teachers have done their best to apply the situational English teaching methods in the public English as well as professional English. But, the products didn’t meet the needs of the company. By analyzing the reasons, the writer found the main and the urgent part is how to improve the vocational school teachers’aware-ness of implementing the professional knowledge in situational English teaching.
