商务英语人才社会需求的问卷调查分析

The Questionnaire Survey Analysis of the Social Needs of Business English Talents

目前,高等院校在学生职业技能培养方面存在着一些突出问题,学校教育与社会需求相脱节,教学实际效能较差,学生就业不理想。该文通过对我院近两届已就业毕业生所在的单位问卷调查,分析调查结果,了解市场对商务英语专业人才需求的状况,为我院把握商务英语办学方向,找准人才培养定位,合理开发课程与教学内容服务,为社会培养高素质复合型商务英语人才服务。

At present,there exist some prominent problems in students' vocational skills training in colleges and universities. The talent cultivation of colleges and universities cannot meet the social demands. The actual teaching effectiveness is poorer in colleges and universities; the students' employment is not ideal. This paper,through questionnaire survey to the nearly two session employed graduates of foreign languages college,analyzes the survey results,finds the market demand situation for Business English talents,serves for grasping the business English teaching direction,pinpointing personnel training orientation,reasonably develop the curriculum and teaching content for our college,and serves for nurturing high-quality compound talents of business English for the society.
