新词是时代的产物,有一定的创造性,对它们的翻译也有一定的特殊性。考虑新词的特征,在英译时应尽量在目标语找到对应词,如果汉英联想意义不一致时,为了更好的传达文化内涵,译者可以采用直译或意译。

New words are created by times,which are given new meanings with creativity to some extent. Taking account of the features of new words,translators should try to find the equivalent words in the targeted language while translating,and if there are no equivalent ones between Chinese and English,to convey cultural connotation better,translators can adopt literal translation or free translation as well.
