摘要
大学英语教学是高等教育的一个重要组成部分。然而在实际教学中,《大学英语课程教学要求》中的教学目标并未完全实现。据此,通过对兰州理工大学的340名刚入学的大学生进行两年的跟踪调查,对于他们大学英语课程学习的现状进行了问卷,调查了制约他们大学英语学习过程中的主客观因素,结合调查人员自身多年的教学经验,为以该高校为例的西部高校的大学英语课程教学改革提供参考。
College English teaching is an important part of higher education in China, but the teaching purposes in <The Requirements for the Course of College English Teaching> are not fully achieved in most colleges. Therefore, the present thesis conducted a two-year research on 340 freshmen and sophomores from Lanzhou University of Technology to investigate their current situation for college English learning, to analyze major subjective and objective factors prohibiting their learning and to put forward proposals for the improvement of their learning process.
