该文致力于外研社出版、张汉熙主编的《高级英语》第一、二册课程的讲授与英语专业八级考试中的阅读、翻译、写作的难点和重点相结合的实证研究,从篇章、句法、词法三个层面针对高英课文中体裁多样,语句复杂,词汇艰深的特点,结合专八的考点对学生进行课内、外的讲解和训练。从逻辑思维,语篇分析,句法结构和选词应用的角度提高学生的英语思辨能力,丰富学生的知识面和扩大词汇量。反思近三年南财经政法大学武汉学院外语系专八考试的实际成绩,有效地将课内知识点,语言点和考试难点相结合,强化学生的语言输入和输出能力,并对此进行实证研究,从而帮助学生逐步分解和攻克专八读、写、译中的存在的突出和普遍的问题。

This paper aims at the empirical study on the difficult and key points in reading, translation and writing of TRM 8 based on Advanced English ( Book One&Two) compiled by Zhang Han-xi, published by FLTRP, and on the practical drills, in class and after class, in the analysis and exertion of lexicon and syntax and text structure. The particularities of this course in vari?ous genres, complex sentences and compound vocabulary benefit students in logical thoughts, knowledge broadening and enlarge?ment. Based on the scores of the senior English majors in English department of Wuhan College of ZUEL in late three years, it is effective to figure out the popular problems in TEM8 when the language points taught in class conspire with the difficulties in test in order to enhance their input and output in English.
