摘要
美国发展教师网络教学能力的基本做法主要有科学制定教师网络教学能力的基本标准、全面构建教师网络教学能力的保障机制、积极夯实教师网络教学能力的实践平台以及高度重视教师网络教学能力的培训手段。要建设高校外语教师网络教学能力必须充分发挥教师、高校、政府和社会"四位一体"的有效合力。
The primary approaches employed by the U.S.A in developing teachers’online teaching competences mainly include scientifically defining the basic standards of online teaching competences, positively laying a solid foundation to the practice plat?form of teachers’online teaching competences, and attaching great importance to the training methods of teachers’online teach?ing competences. In order to build and improve English teachers’online teaching competences of universities in China, the effec?tive“four-in-one”joint forces of teachers, universities, government and society must be fully taken advantage.
