摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,商务英语谈判活动越来越频繁。商务英语谈判的参与者往往拥有不同的文化背景,在交际思维、方式和策略上有很大差异。结合案例分析可以看出,商务英语谈判除了需要具备专业知识、沟通技巧、谈判策略外,还必须了解双方的文化差异,并及时调整自身的谈判战略,以达到文化传通和提高谈判绩效的目的。
Business English negotiations are becoming more and more frequent as a result of economic internationalization. Busi-ness English negotiators are usually from different cultural backgrounds and have different thinking modes and negotiation strate-gies. The case study shows that business English negotiators should not only have a good command of professional knowledge, com-munication skills and negotiation tactics, but also be aware of the cultural differences between the parties involved and adjust nego-tiation strategies accordingly to realize cultural transmission and improve performance.
