Hemingway as one of the most famous novelists of the twentieth century, his subject matter is basically closely with war and death, leading to the mistaken belief that Hemingway contempt women. With the increasing development of the feminist move?ment and women's social status, therefore, from a feminist perspective to read Hemingway's work is very necessary. "Whom the Bell Tolls"is an anti-fascism novel with the background of the Spanish Civil War.In this work, Hemingway from ecofeminism sight view, expressed hero Jordan nature, the real feelings of affection and love, and urged people, men and women, a state of harmony between man and nature, Hemingway believes that the state is the only such a state of harmony that we humans really need. This work reveals not only do not hate women Hemingway, but the support and compassion of women, in a sense, was complied with some eco-feminist views and perspectives, has a profound impact on the literary world.
