党员外语教师身份建构反思

Reflection on Identity Construction of Party-membered Foreign Language Teachers

作为党员外语教师的身份,是否能遵循中国共产党党章要求,成为外语教育事业的核心,成为促进先进生产力的发展先锋力量,决定该团队在民族复兴中的地位。高校在全面改革和协调发展的基础上,纷纷建立科研、教研为一体的教学团队,党员外语教师在新的改革时期,对团队可持续发展担负起教书育人的高度社会责任与历史使命感,同时也面临着新的历史考验。该研究是以某新建外国语学院教学团队中的党员外语教师群体为研究样本,试图对教师主体科学研究能力、教学实践能力和专业创新能力进行调查分析,为提高教师人才素质的培养,提供科学的理论依据和研究方法。

As the identity of party-membered foreign language teachers,whether to follow the communist party constitution re-quirement and becomes the core of foreign language education undertakings is becoming vanguard force to promote the advancedproductivity development and determining the status of the team in the national rejuvenation.Colleges and universities,based onthe comprehensive reform and coordinated development,have been setting up career team obligated with academic research andteaching activities.Facing the new era test of history,party membered foreign language teachers are sustainable with the highly so-cial responsibility and historical mission of teaching activities.This study takes party-membered ones of a new school of foreignlanguages faculty as the research samples,aiming to inquire the samples' academic research ability,teaching practice ability andinnovation ability and the cultivation of the talent,and provides scientific theoretical basis and research methods as well.
