摘要
长期以来我国外语教学的工具性倾向明显,这在渊源上与知识的性质有关。因为现代知识的基本性质,外语被当成语言工具,教学关注语言知识与语言技能的掌握,以培养掌握外语工具的人才为主要目标。后现代知识的性质解构现代知识的性质,以后现代知识的性质来看,外语教学在重视语言知识与技能,注重"制器"的同时,也应重视"育人"。
In China the practice of teaching foreign languages as a language tool is prevalent for a long time, which is originated to modern view on knowledge attributes. Due to the attributes of modern language, the focus of foreign language teaching is on lan?guage knowledge and skills, and the goal of FLT is to produce talents who serve the society mainly with their foreign language skills. The post-modern knowledge attributes deconstruct their modern counterparts. With the post-modern knowledge attributes, it is desirable for FLT to combine producing“foreign tools”with producing“over-all developed individuals”.
