With the rapid development of modern science and technology, and the deepening of the English teaching, traditional English teaching method can no longer meet the need of daily English teaching. Therefore, platform construction of college English autonomous learning comes into being. Based on the characteristic of English language learning as well as the actual English teach?ing situation, the thesis analyzes the necessity of platform construction of college English autonomous learning, the existing prob?lems as well as the solutions.
