English dictionary is indispensable to English learning. Although many researchers have studied English dictionary useand made a lot of achievement, most of these studies are carried out from a macro perspective. With the help of questionnaires andinterview, this paper tries to learn about the English dictionary use among high school students, which puts focus on looking upword meaning.
