摘要
如何为翻译专业的教学营造一个良好的开端,使之更具系统性,是广大翻译专业的教师应当认真思考的问题。这一开端,应当始于对英汉二语的对比学习。笔者结合日常教学,细分出翻译专业低年级学生在语言转换中的三大问题,即:忽视形合、意合的差异、忽视静态与动态的差异,以及忽视显性逻辑与隐性逻辑的差异。此三者说明,若无英汉对比的系统教学作为铺垫,翻译的系统性教学将难以高效进行。文末大胆倡议在翻译专业的课程设置上尝试改革,以促进翻译专业教学的系统化进程。
Laying a solid foundation for systematic translation studies is a crucial factor to be taken into serious consideration by in?structors of translation majors. A comparative study of English and Chinese should serve as the very beginning for translation stud?ies. Translations are often hindered because students are ignorant of the differences between hypotaxis and parataxis, between stat?ic and dynamic, and between the invisibility and the visibility of the logic. Therefore, only by an effective reform of courses can we offer an effective starting line for translation majors.
