The autobiographic novel, A Many-Splendoured Thing, is Han Suyin's famous work. It has moved hundreds of millions ofreaders and audiences with its beautiful love story. By using post-colonial views on identity to analyze the identity crisis of three fe-males, traces three females' two ways to find and reconstruct themselves. The author recognizes Han's concerns over the topic ofidentity in A Many-Splendoured Thing. The characters' identity crisis exemplifies the identity problems of all Eurasians' struggleand choices in 1940's in Hong Kong society.
