With the accelerating process of globalization,higher requirements are put forward for language learners.Chomsky's uni-versal grammar theory mainly describes the process about how children have acquired their mother language based on languagemechanism in their brains,which is of important significance on second language acquisition research.This paper expounds Chom-sky's universal grammar theory and the basic content of second language acquisition,and analyzes the Chomsky's universal gram-mar theory and correlation of second language acquisition.
