摘要
该文以一篇英语童话故事为教学材料,采用刘易森的四个维度为语料分析框架,探讨了将批判识读教学融入中国传统英语课堂的可能性。研究发现:1)中国低水平的英语学习者具备一定程度的批判意识;2)刘易森的四个维度均在此次教学实践中有所涉及;3)阅读材料、教师的教学经验和课堂讨论时间是影响此次批判识读教学的三个重要因素。
This study explores the possibility of integrating critical literacy into Chinese traditional English classroom with a fai-rytale as the instructional material and Lewison's 4 dimensions of critical literacy as the framework for data analysis.It is foundthat :1) These low language proficiency students are equipped with critical consciousness; 2) All of Lewison's 4 dimensions are in-volved in this study; 3) Appropriate teaching materials which is suitable for students' language proficiency and interests,teachers' experience in catching opportunities and guiding the students' towards a critical stance,and enough class time are three crucial el-ements that may influence the implementation of critical literacy instruction.
