In college English teaching, listening is an important part. It is critical for students to improve their listening ability and exam skill if they want to have good scores in CET-4. In order to help students to have good scores in CET-4 listening exam, teach?er should adopt effective teaching measures to foster students’listening and exam skills. This paper states the problems in CET-4 teaching and explores how to help students to have good scores in CET-4 listening strategies .
