摘要
该文分析了小说《在细雨中呼喊》在英美读者接受中遇冷的三方面原因,表明小说的双向旅行导致民族文学的趋同性变异,从而影响着域外读者的陌生化阅读体验,最后指出中国当代作家对目标读者进行重新定位的必要性。
This essay analyzes the three reasons why Cry in the Drizzles is treated indifferently in English literary world.It proves that the bi-directional journey of world literature leads to convergent changes in national literature,which,as a result,weakens the estrangement effect in the target language readers.In conclusion,this essay points out that it is necessary for the contemporary Chinese writers to re-orientate the target readers in the context of world literature.
