摘要
学生的英语成绩既受客观环境和智力因素的影响,也受学生非智力心理因素的影响。从学生的实际情况出发,教师把开发学生非智力心理因素作为提高学生英语成绩的突破口,通过激发学生学习英语兴趣、迎合学生的心理需要、强化学生的学习动机、促使学生继续学习等方面的细致工作,不断地提高学生的英语成绩。
The students' English is influenced by the objective environment and intellectual factors. It's also affected by the stu-dents' non-intelligence psychological factors. Starting from the students' actual situation, the teachers develop the students' non-intelligence psychological factors as the breakthrough to improve the students' English achievement, the aspects of meticulouswork such as by inspiring students' interest in learning English, catering to the psychological needs of the students,strengtheningthe students' learning motivation,encouraging the students' to continue to learn, continuously improve the students' English.
