英语翻译教学的有效措施研究

Effective Measures of English Teaching Translation

英语翻译教学在高校英语教学中起着重要作用,它直接影响了学生的英语使用能力。尤其在经济全球化不断发展的当今社会,加强英语翻译教学不仅关系着大学生的就业前景,更与我国经济发展密切相连。因此,要增强大学生的综合素质,提高大学生的英语交际能力,就必须深入研究英语翻译教学,并提出相应的发展措施。该文首先分析了英语翻译教学的重要性,又进一步指出了当前英语翻译教学中存在的问题,即缺乏明确的教学目标、对英语翻译教学不够重视、教师素质有待提高、忽视了实际应用能力的培养、学生学习基础较差;并从完善英语翻译教学大纲、采用多样化的教学方法、注意实践翻译能力的培养、合理利用现代化教学手段、提高教师专业素质等方面提出了针对性的改革措施。

The teaching of English translation plays an important role in college English teaching which directly affects students' ability to use English.Especially to the constant development of economic globalization in today's society, to strengthen the teach-ing of English translation is not only the relationship between college students' employment ability, but closely linked to the eco-nomic development of our country.Therefore, to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students, improve students' Englishcommunicative ability, it is necessary to further study English translation teaching, and put forward to corresponding developmentmeasures.This paper focuses on analyzing the importance of translation teaching English, and further points out the problems whichexisting in current English translation teaching, that is, the lack of a clear teaching goal, less attachment to translation teaching ofEnglish, neglecting the cultivation of practical application ability, students' poor learning foundation. The measures aspect, advis-ing to use new method to the improvement of syllabus, adopting the diversified teaching methods, paying attention to the cultivationof practical translation ability, improving the teachers' professional quality and putting forward to the corresponding reform mea-sures.
