翻转课堂的概念兴起时间短,但其鲜明的教学特点成为国内外教育改革的新浪潮,为教与学的发展提供了新的思路。该文以英语口语教学为研究对象,利用开放大学本身的资源优势,研究基于翻转课堂教学模式之下,英语口语教学在教学手段、教学过程、教学效果等方面的变化,为英语口语教学的实践发展提出有价值的建议和措施。

The concept of flipped classroom has flourished for just a short period of time, but its distinctive teaching characteristichas become the new wave of education reform at home and abroad, which provides a new way for the development of teaching andlearning. Taking oral English teaching as the research object and using the resource advantages of Open University, the paper isbased on the flipped classroom teaching mode and mainly studies the changes of the teaching methods, the teaching process andthe teaching effect and so on. It offers some valuable suggestions and measures for the development of oral English teaching.
