现在合作学习的讨论方向大多偏理论指导,缺少对于实际操作的探讨。该文在参考了相关经典理论的基础上,以合作学习五个基本特性为理论指导思想和操作依据,以管理学中的期望理论为指导方法进行英语合作小组学习,旨在提高小组合作学习的效果和效率。

Recent discussions about cooperative Learning are mostly theoretical rather than practical teaching and learning meth-ods,While this paper,based on the five basic features of cooperative learning by Johnson,D.&R.Johnson,guided by the expec-tancy theory borrowed from Management,discusses after-class English group learning,for the purpose of enhancing its efficien-cy and effectiveness.
