摘要
自我效能感理论研究在教学领域中具有极高的理论价值和应用价值,学生自我效能感的培养与学生的学习动机、学业成绩、素质提升、能力拓展等有着紧密关联。该文以班杜拉的自我效能感理论为理论依据,系统分析了学生自身因素和外部因素对高校艺术生英语学习自我效能感的影响,进而从学生、教师和学校三个角度出发,提出了高校艺术生英语学习的自我效能感培养策略。
The relevant researches of self-efficiency theory are of highly theoretical and practical value in teaching field.The cul-tivation of students'self-efficiency is closely associated with their studying motivation,academic performance,quality refine-ment as well as the promotion of abilities.This paper is based on Bandura's theory of self-efficiency having analyzied the intrin-sic and extrinsic factors that might exert influence on the cultivation of art students'self-efficiency at colleges and universities.The strategies for shaping art students'self-efficiency in English learning have been put forward from the perspectives of stu-dents,teachers and schools.
