This paper mainly discusses the cultivation of pragmatic competence in College English translation teaching,from the semantic expression,emotional color,style selection,use of language,to grasp the context,aesthetic ability are discussed in de-tail problems should be paid attention to in the teaching and practice of translation,points out that translation teaching of prag-matic competence cultivation should give enough attention.
