摘要
常规英语教学注重语法结构和语言意义的分析,对于具有规约性和预制性的语块缺少关注,导致学习者书面语言输出能力欠佳。该研究基于为时一学期的教学实验,证明语块教学模式有助于提高被试的英语写作成绩,且能有效提高其语块使用的准确性和多样性,对培养非英语专业大学生英语写作能力具有积极作用。
Traditional college English teaching puts emphasis on grammar and contents,giving little consideration to prefabricat-ed lexical chunks,writing proficiency is therefore less developed among college EFL learners.With one semester's teaching ex-periment based on lexical approach,the study proves the following two hypotheses:first,chunk-based teaching model is effec-tive in promoting subjects'English writing achievement;second,subjects show a significant increase in using chunks on the lev-el of diversity and accuracy.
