翻译是一种技能,也是一种意识。因此,要先培养学生的翻译意识,才能更好地传授技能。翻译意识的培养是一个潜移默化的过程,要从基础英语教学抓起。但是因应试教育的影响,翻译意识的培养几乎处于缺失状态。这就要在基础英语教学中培养学生的翻译意识,推动基础英语教学和高校翻译教学的融合。

Translation is a sense as well as a technique. Therefore, it’s necessary to cultivate students’translation sense, after which technique can be conveyed better. The cultivation of translation sense is a subtle process, which should be promoted from basic English teaching. The cultivation of translation sense is almost in a state of absence because of exam-oriented education. Consequently, it’s important to cultivate the translation sense in basic English teaching, so as to promote the integration of basic English and college translation teaching.
