英语作为一种实用性交流工具,是酒店服务迈向国际化发展的重要影响因素之一。酒店服务人员英语沟通能力的好坏直接影响酒店的整体服务水平和自身形象。因此,在全球化发展的环境下,酒店要根据酒店服务英语语言特点加强对酒店服务人员英语语言的培训,不断提升酒店服务人员的软实力,在适应市场需求的基础上充分发挥出英语的国际化交流魅力。
English as a practical tool for communication, is one of the important factors which influence the development of hotel services to international development. Hotel service staff English communication ability directly affect the hotel’s overall ser-vice level and their own image. Therefore, in the context of globalization, the hotel should strengthen the training of the hotel service staff in English language, and constantly improve the soft power of the hotel service staff, and give full play to the inter-national exchange of English based on the needs of the market.
