影子训练法在高校英语专业听力教学中应用的调查及启示

An Analysis of Shadowing Exercise in Listening Teaching for English Majors

听力教学是高校英语专业教学中的重要组成部分。影子训练法作为口译的一种基础训练法,在听力教学中同样有着不可忽视的作用。该文以问卷形式对影子训练法的运用情况及作用做了调查。调查发现,该训练法在听力教学中的运用能够提高学生的注意力、短时记忆、语音语调,并在扩大词汇量、知识面等方面对学生有所帮助。

Listening is a vital part of the teaching of college English majors. As a basic training method of interpretation, shadow-ing exercise also has a significant role in the teaching of listening. This paper conducts a questionnaire in terms of the applica-tion of shadowing exercise. The results of the questionnaire shows that using shadowing exercise can have a big help for stu-dents in terms of concentration, short memory, pronunciation, intonation, enlarging vocabulary and so on.
