冲突性话语在日常生活中是一种非常常见的语言现象。它指说话人和听话人因意见或想法不同而在话语上所引起的争执甚至是冲突的一种现象。这种冲突或者争执往往是处于动态的,它也是语言使用中话语选择及语言博弈的两种情境。附加性话语或者附加信息往往被看作多余或过量信息。某种程度上说,附加性话语在句中没有明显的意思,但它在人际关系的和谐维护以及个人形象的维持中起到了重要作用,它有利于成功而且有效的人际交流。国内外目前不少语用学家和会话分析学者从不同的角度研究且分析了"附加信息"这一语言现象,但该文从一个较特别的角度——即话语冲突语境角度下,附加信息的人际缓和效用。

conflict talks are very common in daily life. It is defined as the verbal disagreement or conflict because of the listener's and the speaker's different opinions on the same issue. Additive discourses are always considered as surplus or overstated information. To a certain extent, additive discourses have no obvious meaning in the context, but it plays a vital role in maintaining harmonious relationship, it helps to achieve successful communication. There are many linguist who have done a lot of researches on additive discourse from different perspectives, but this one is from a different perspective, that is from the perspective of conflict context, the author tries to find out the mitigating effect of additive discourses.
