合作翻译中的译者合作模式研究——以西安翻译学院翻译研修学院教师团队《正能量职场》一书的翻译为例

On the Study of the Mode of Cooperative Translation—Taking the Translation of Work Happy by Teachers in the School of Translation Studies in Xi'an Fanyi University as an Example

合作翻译实践可分为译前、译中和译后三个阶段。译前包括译者的选择,内容涵盖译者的综合素质、翻译能力及能否按时完成翻译任务等;译中包括译者之间的分工安排、进度规划、参考术语译文统一、经常性讨论等内容;译后包括统稿校稿、润色加工等内容。该文以西安翻译学院翻译研修学院教师团队合作完成的《正能量职场》一书的翻译过程为例,探究在合作翻译实践的各个阶段具有可操作性的译者合作模式。

The practice of cooperative translation can be divided into three steps, namely before the translation, during the transla-tion, and after the translation. Before the translation, suitable translators need to be selected.This concerns the comprehensive quality, translation competence and guarantee of time of translators;During the translation, the work arrangement of translators, schedule planning, reference versions of some terms, and constant discussions among translators need to be considered;After the translation, work of proofreading and refining needs to be done. Taking the translation of Work Happy by teachers in the School of Translation Studies in Xi’an Fanyi University as an example, this paper discusses practical mode of cooperative trans-lation in different steps of the translation practice.
