Culture is without borders, but there is a language barrier. Under the general development trend of literature, transla-tion gradually developed into an independent study. So translation of English literature under the cultural perspective demands the accordance with the relevant theories and principles of the translation, so as to use the correct translation skills and better convey the theme of the English literature. This article gives a general overview of the relevant translation skills of English litera-ture under the cultural perspective, has in-depth discussion of translation principles and translation skills, and finally illustrates specific translation methods for some cultural phenomenon in English literature.
